Looking for someone to replace me

I'm moving out of my room in a 2-bedroom flat and I'm looking for someone to take my place. I've really enjoyed living here and I'm sad to leave! The room is one of my favorite things about this place - it's so quiet because it overlooks the car park. I love sitting in my room reading a book or just relaxing without any noise distractions. I've also loved spending time in the park just outside our building on warm summer days. It's a great spot to soak up some sun and fresh air. My roommate is easy-going and nice to live with, and I'm sure you'll get along well with her. She currently works from home full time. The apartment itself is safe and secure, which has given me peace of mind. If you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home, I'd love to hear from you!

The flat has 2 bedrooms/bathrooms (ensuite), a nice balcony, dishwasher, internet, and laundry machine. It is located in Salford and has great access to public transport/supermarkets/cafes, as well as a park right in front of the of the building. Rent is £1,225 per month and we get to split that in half which comes to £612.5
Monthly rent + bills can be estimated to around £770. This all includes council tax which is Band B. Please note you will have to pay a deposit of £705.

Clean and tidy – especially in shared spaces
Respectful of noise and each other’s space
Ideally working full-time or with a steady routine.
