My name is Saazeh, and I’m looking for a female professional to renew my tenancy contract with. I moved into this 12th-floor apartment last year as the first occupant with my friend, who is now moving out to start a family.
I’m looking for a full-time working professional—someone I could potentially befriend, or even if not, just someone lovely, respectful, super clean, friendly, and kind. You’d be welcomed with open arms.
It’s really important to me to find the right person—not just someone to fill the space.

A bit about me: I’m a Manchester newbie, having lived in Glasgow for many years. I can cook (though not super often), and I’m very clean, quiet, and fairly reserved. I enjoy decorating, journaling, a good glass of wine, and listening to jazz, soul, and Afrobeats. I also love to travel and meet new people!
I’m mostly a homebody, but I do enjoy a night out now and then. I'm quite reserved until I get comfortable—then it’s verbal diarrhoea from there, I fear 😅.

About the flat:
It’s a 2-bed, 2-bath, and you’ll be taking the en-suite. The apartment is fully furnished by me and feels more like a home than a flatshare.
It includes a gym, concierge, and a workspace/relaxation area.
