Ensuite double bedroom shared flat in Salford

Hey!

I’m currently living in a 3-bed, 3-bath ensuite apartment at X1 The Landmark (Salford), but I’ll be moving out soon so you’d be taking over my room! The apartment has reception and security, and the rent is £2000 pcm split equally between the three tenants (so ~£667 each). Bills usually come to around £117 per person.

The two girls you’d be living with are students at UoM who work part time they are super friendly, social, and easygoing! They love hanging out in the common area whether it’s board games, chatting about life, or planning brunches and outings together. They also really value respectful boundaries and understand when someone needs alone time in their room.

A quick heads-up: One of them occasionally brings her family dog over for short stays (max a week at a time, with plenty of notice!), so being okay with pets is ideal though it doesn’t happen often!
