The room available will be a double room, furnished, with a shared bathroom with only 1 other person.
We are a quiet and chilled apartment, preferring non smokers and people who do not party.
We like to keep things really clean, so please just skip the advert if you are not the same.
Rent is £550 per month, bills are usually average £100 for everything including water, electricity, council tax and internet.
There is no parking space available
We are available for viewings anytime, our target date is 25th September to move in by.
Flat is in Wilburn basin which is next to regent retail park, tram links and bus links, city centre is a 10 minute walk
