We’re looking for a third housemate male or female 20+. We’re very friendly and like to mix whether in the house or doing other activities in our free time. We both work full time in bars so are sometimes home late or waking up late but we’re respectful noise-wise!
The house itself is just a (minimum) 20 minute bus ride from town and the buses come regularly - we both work in town and get to work with ease every day.
The bills are not included in rent but typically are only £120 on top of rent; that includes water, wifi, energy and council tax.
