Salford M5 seeking flatmate for start of Sept

Hi! Matt here, 24 young professional working full time in the city centre. Looking for a new flatmate as my friend is having to move back home (big boots to fill)!

Offering a double room in Downtown a modern complex in Salford not far from Cornbrook and Regent Road. Flat is a great size with pre-installed wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, en-suites in both rooms. Access to a shared roof terrace, gym, sauna, steam room and communal areas throughout. Your room would be on the right of the living area with the two doors into the bigger bathroom. (Pics included in listing)

I currently do 4 days a week in the office so won’t be around loads in the week. Evenings are usually spent running, catching up with friends or chilling around the flat. I’m clean and prefer to keep shared spaces looking presentable!

Eager to find a housemate who I get on with and can socialise with whether that’s a mid week run or a few drinks on a weekend.

Big fan of a chill after work if it’s been a stressful day, ideally hoping to find someone who works similar hours and is respectful of each other’s space and downtime.

No preferences on my side in terms of living with a guy or gal, LGBT friendly encouraged as I’m gay. Happy hunting :)))
