Double room in Salford 🏳️‍🌈

Hello!

We are currently looking for a housemate to rent out a double bedroom in a 4- bedroom house.

The house is situated in Salford, just outside of Manchester. We are about 10 minutes drive from Manchester City centre. There is lots of access to local trains, trams and bus links in the area. We have been living here for just over a year now.

We currently have one double spare room up for rent. The room is a large, furnished double. Rent includes water, gas, electric, council tax and internet.

The house is 4 bedrooms in total. Me and my boyfriend live in one room and we have another lodger in the second room. We are looking to rent the 3rd room out and keep the 4th as a spare for visitors etc. we also have 3 indoor cats 🐱

Ideally looking for someone who can become more of a friend than just a housemate. We like to occasionally have a few friends over for chilled nights, usually for a few cocktails and movies, and you'll always be welcome to join in. However, me and my boyfriend both appreciate time to ourselves and do spend a lot of time in our room too.

We're both settled and not looking for someone keen to have big parties or gatherings regularly, we enjoy a relaxing home atmosphere! Like to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for someone that lived the same way!
