Right next to regent road retail park (Sainsburys + JD gyms etc). Cornbrook is about 15 mins walk and walk to town around 25 mins. There’s street parking a ten minute walk away or you can pay monthly at Sainsburys/travellodge.

We are 24 y/o and work full time, going into work 5 days a week. I work in healthcare and do shift work and Emily is an engineer doing 8-4. We are social and like going out for drinks or gigs but we also love a cosy night in! We enjoy running/ hikes in our spare time as well. We are tidy and clean and would want whoever joins us to be the same! Looking for a flatmate who is easy going and someone we can be friends with!
Rent is £700 and bills come to around £150 (council tax, water, wifi and electric). There’s a £60 admin fee needed for the tenancy swap requested by the estate agents to process the referencing etc. We will need to extend our reposit scheme or have a new one created - just confirming with estate agent the cost this will be! (£10 if we renew or £150 if a new scheme needs to be created).
