Hi! :)

I’m looking for a housemate who is willing to sign on with me for a 12 month rental agreement on the property I’ve been living in as the lead tenant for the last two years, my current housemate is moving back home so I need someone who’s looking to share the rent and bills to keep things affordable!
The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, In Weaste, Salford. It’s just around the corner from Weaste tram stop, and a roughly 30 minute walk from both Media City, and Salford Uni. The available room is a good size and will be unfurnished so you can bring whatever furniture you like to make it feel like home! (Unfortunately I don’t have an image of the room right now as it’s still occupied by my current housemate, so of course wish to respect their privacy. But I will update the images once the room is cleared for try to source one for you on request)
The rest of the house is of course will be just as much yours as it is mine, so you’re welcome to do whatever you like to make the place feel comfortable, the living room is pretty big so plenty of opportunity to do something with that, and the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of room for you to fill out cupboards get yourself set up.
While I’ve listed no parking there is space to park a car on the street, but the house doesn’t have a driveway or garage. But I’ve never seen or heard of anyone having issues with their car while it’s been parked on the street as it’s very quiet and only one way. But I just wanted to be transit about that for anyone who has a car!

When it comes to the important stuff, the house is council tax band A, so £136 per month as of right now. The total rent cost I’ve confirmed with the estate agent will be £1100, so £550 each, and with the other bills and things it will work out to be ~£720 all in.

As for me, I’m 28, and work full time in a standard 9-5 office job. I work 2-3 days from home and the rest of the time at the company’s office in Media City. I’m Non-Binary and Pan, so this is very much an LGBTQIA+ safe space, and anyone and everyone is welcome here without fear of judgment or restriction.
