Looking for a housemate to move into a large double room, you will pretty much have your own floor, with a private bathroom which includes a shower, bath, toilet, sink and a large space for toiletries. Photos currently have current tenants' belongings in duvet etc.

It's a three-bed house, but the 3rd room will be a guest room for if you want family/friends staying over, also making it into a bit of a second livingroom/chillout room for when guests aren't here so you'll have a tonne of privacy. There is a rooftop with BBQ and furnishings for you to use when you want.

All bills included in the price, no extra charges etc.

No specific house rules. I have the mindset that this is your home too; you don't need to ask me if you can have a friend over, I'm not your mother, you pay rent after all :).

House comes furnished, but if you have anything you wish to bring with you, let me know we can work something out, I'm not like "this is my house nothing changes type", if you think there is something that could be better arranged or you have thoughts on decor I'd be happy to change things around.

Lots of on street parking and we have a drive for one car.
