I rented this flat after receiving a job offer in Manchester, and I have subsequently received another job in another city. I am now looking for someone to take over the tenancy.

The flat is spacious, with plenty of natural light and quiet. The parking is free and secure (there is a parking lot within the overall structure of the building). Victoria Station is a 20-minute walk, and there are regular buses to the centre of town.

This flat is a ground-floor flat.

Plumblife is the letting agent. Please note their requirements to pass referencing:
