I’m looking for a lovely girl to sublet my room for 4 months whilst I travel SEA!
I live with two gorgeous flatmates, both working professionals who would love to find a like minded girl to fill the room and join in on the morning debriefs, cheese and wine nights and Saturday brunches!
Double room with king sized bed (with under bed storage) & mattress, two bed side tables, mirror, built in wardrobe with a floor to ceiling window & black out curtains. Shared bathroom with ample storage.
£620pcm PLUS bills. Bills are roughly £140 per month EACH depending on usage.
Apartment specifics:
Spacious apartment with modern features, being a new build completed in 2021.
We share all appliances and have a fully established kitchen. We have a cupboard each our own personal storage.
Coat & shoe cupboard, utilities cupboard.
Combi washing machine & dishwasher.
Balcony
Located just a 10 minute walk from spinning fields, there is a co-op around the corner and a big Sainsbury’s a short 5 mins walk away.
There is a co working space on the road for residents with a 92degrees coffee shop.
