I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on 15th May 2026 and can be extended.
The move-in date for you would be 15th October 2025.
Rent is £675 per room, no bills included.
It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (en-suite bathrooms for both rooms) on the 3rd floor. You will have a private room and bathroom. The apartment is quite big with a shared living room, kitchen, a shoe closet and a balcony. The rooms are also big and have two full-size cupboards.
The apartment has a washing machine with a dryer, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
In the apartment complex, you have free amenities like:
- gym,
- sauna
- pool
- steam room
- cinema room
- pool table
- co-working space, etc
Bills per person:
Council: 109
Wifi: 12.50
Electricity and Water: approx 100
This is a very clean and secure building. There is space for bikes and also paid parking. It is within walking distance of Co-op (0.1m), Sainsbury's, TK Maxx(0.4m), etc. The neighbourhood is quite nice and you can walk to the city centre in 20 minutes.
The Oldfield bus stop is just downstairs, and both Salford Crescent and Salford Central stations are a 10-minute walk away. Peel Park is 0.4 miles.
My roommate is from India and a software developer. She enjoy socialising and usually work from home. She enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and sports and is friendly.
We already have the house set up with all the basic stuff there.
