Looking for a Flatmate in a Modern 2 bed!

Hi,

I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing flatmate (male or female) to buddy up for a 2-bed apartment I’ve viewed. The place is in a modern development just about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, with excellent transport links and shops nearby.

The building comes with some great amenities, including:
• On-site gym (no need for an extra membership)
• Concierge/security for peace of mind
• Outdoor BBQ area – perfect for summer evenings
• Modern design with spacious living area and good natural light

Bills come up to about £150 to £180 per person; and this includes water, electricity, council tax and broadband/WiFi.

Council tax is Band C (2 bed). It’s a pet friendly building with parking available as well. Pet rent is an additional £75 pcm and parking is £150 pcm.

There’s a holding deposit of £400 (£200 each) and if referencing is successful, the amount is deducted from the first month’s rent.

I’ve already been for a viewing, and it’s a really nice space. Ideal if you want somewhere central, modern, and sociable without being right in the busiest part of town.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed, friendly home.

A bit about me: I’m a Financial Analyst working full-time at a legal firm. I’m pretty laid-back and easy to get along with — I like a clean, comfortable flat. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, checking out new food spots, or just relaxing with Netflix. I’d say I’m sociable but also enjoy downtime, so ideally looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, and up for creating a chilled, good vibes home.
