Double Room with Private Bathroom in Salford

Our friend is moving out when the contract renews so we’re looking to fill the room from October 7th with someone who is ideally around the same age, a working professional, clean and tidy! Currently there’s me and my boyfriend living in the larger double room. We’re 30 and 34, working in sales and marketing. We’re very sociable and active, clean and would prefer a girl to take the room, someone we can be friends with and have nights in together but also up for the occasional drink or brunch, rather than someone who comes and goes. The tenancy would be up for renewal in October for either 6 or 12 months. Bills come to around £175 a month. The current rent is the one advertised but the landlord may increase this for the renewal in October. Deposit is one a half months rent (not £500). My partner works from home full time in our room, I work from home once a week also. There’s a gym and laundrette/co-working space in the building, plus a cinema.
