I’m looking for girl to take over the second bedroom of my apartment - due to current situation I am in need of someone asap.
Looking for someone who is good with animals (I have a pet rabbit and take care of friends dogs) clean and tidy, respectful of the space I have created.
I work full time and would also want a full time professional- no students.
The room is the second bedroom beds are king size and comes fully furnished with wardrobe side takes and standing lamp.
I have my own furniture in the home and is decorated so please respect the space.
The current rent is £1600pcm but is going to £1675 due to renewal. It is a 5 minute walk straight to the arndale - so very close for shopping and activities, beautiful views and lovely people within the building.
Bills are excluded apart from the WiFi which comes with the home - water, electric and council tax are the extra expenses. With rent and bills I typically pay £1200 a month.
The building comes with a gym, yoga studio, terrace area on the 17th floor, cinema room, free events, communal work/chill area on the 1st floor and bookable meeting rooms.
