I'm looking for a roommate to move into the vacant room in the apartment I currently live in💃. I am seeking more of person who isn't just going to stay in their rooms all the time so someone whose anti social won't work for me, I know space is needed but I am ideally seeking a mate aswell as a flatmate. I am a lesbian and would prefer for the flatmate to be LGBTQIA+, I won't even look at messages from people who aren't, I am sorry just had bad experiences with those are not part of the community. Seeking someone who is clean and tidy too, loves to cook, watch TV and go out together on occasions and just generally vibe really well together 😎. The flat is absolutely gorgeous it has a co-working space, gym and courtyard included in the rent 😌. The rent is £625 the bills per person is council tax is £101, Electric is £35 and water is £25. You would have your own Bathroom as I have my own Ensuite 💃. The room is double room, very spacious and cozy! Happy to arrange viewings face to face, would prefer that too. It's also a 5 min walk to Arndale shopping centre and Manchester city centre, very close to everything you need. Pets are also very welcome as it's a pet friendly complex🐕.
