Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2-bed, 1-bath flat in a great Manchester location. The flat is £1200 pcm (bills not included), and I’d love to find someone to share it with.

• EPC rating B (so lower bills!)
• Bright, modern living space with plenty of room to relax
• 1 big refurbished bathroom (shared)
• Fantastic location – close to transport links, shops, and cafes. 20 minutes walk from city centre and 30 from media city!
The room available:
• A cosy second bedroom (2.56m x 2.31m) – ideal for someone who wants an affordable room in a nice flat
• Fits a small double bed w/ drawers+ wardrobe
• Perfect if you don’t need loads of bedroom space but value a central location and great shared living areas
Rent split:
• I’ll be taking the larger bedroom, so we’d do a fair split (please message!)

• Friendly, tidy, and easy-going
• Respectful of shared spaces but also up for a chat/cuppa
