En-suite Room near city centre

The Flat is situated in Alto residences. There are elevators in the buildings. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room comes unfurnished but I am willing to sell the furniture (bed, mattress, clothing rack, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror, side table) at a discounted price. I would prefer someone willing to buy the furniture as well.

The living room and kitchen are shared. There is plenty of storage in the flat. We have dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. The building has concierge so all parcels are collected and stored.

The current flatmate work outside, five days a week so if you WFH, it won't be an issue.

Rent is £588 and bills come up to around £200 per month .

Council Tax (Band B) is £99
Wifi is £10
Water is around £25
Electricity is around £70 (depending on usage)

There is a one time £50 admin charge for referencing
The location is a 12-15 min walk to Arndale and City Centre with a Sainsbury Local, Asda Express and a Tesco Express nearby. There are a lot of cafes and fitness studios close by. The bus stop and train station are a 4 min walk.

The current tenancy runs till 7th December, with an option to extend or renew it.
