The Flat is situated in Alto residences. There are elevators in the buildings. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room comes unfurnished but I am looking to sell the furniture (bed, mattress, clothing rack, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror, side table) at a discounted price. I would prefer someone willing to buy the furniture as well.
The living room and kitchen are shared. There is plenty of storage in the flat. We have dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. The building has concierge so all parcels are collected and stored. The appliances and dining table are shared but the rest of the living room (which was unfurnished) is decorated by my flatmate.
Preferably looking for working professionals please (due to council tax reasons)
Rent is £600 (was £588 but will increase to 600 from December) and bills come up to around £200 per month .
There is a one time £50 admin charge for referencing
The location is a 12-15 min walk to Arndale and City Centre with a Sainsbury Local, Asda Express and a Tesco Express nearby. There are a lot of cafes and fitness studios close by. The bus stop and train station are a 4 min walk.
The current tenancy ends on 7th December, so looking for someone to renew the lease/tenancy with my flatmate then.
