2 Bedroom Student House Available

Hi, due to a change of circumstances me and my friend are looking for 2 people to take over our contracts for a 2 bedroom house in Salford.

The house is under Student Cribs and is in a gated community next to Tramways and Peel Park. It is around a 20 minute walk to the shopping center,5 minute walk to the bottom of Peel Park Campus, and 15 minute walk to Salford Crescent train station.

Rent is due the day after maintenance loans are paid out but can be changed to monthly. Water and Wi-Fi are included in the bills, but gas and electric are supplied through octopus energy and costs around £30-40 per month per person.

On site maintenance team is included in rent, as well as parking and a huge shared garden.

Photos were taken from when I first viewed the property, newer photos can be provided on request but we're currently in the process of moving out so its not very tidy 😅
