Hi! Looking for someone to take over a tenancy and become my new flat mate! The flat is located on regent road opposite Regent Retail Park as a closed community and close to other amenities. 15 min walk to Salford central station, 25 min walk (max) to Manchester City centre, opposite Aviva Studios. The building also offers a communal garden space, cinema room and a gym as well and there is a parking permit available upon request. The room available is a double bedroom with a double bathroom opposite this bedroom. The shared kitchen/living area is a large space with a dining table, storage available and a balcony to use. I would be looking for someone to take over the tenancy lasts until 12/07/2026. Looking for someone who is clean, relaxed and enjoys having social but personal time as well.
