Double room in 3 bed townhouse

- Small double room in a shared townhouse with two other housemates.
- One bathroom, and separate downstairs toilet
- Shared garden and roof terrace
- Ground floor townhouse (two storeys) with a front and back door for access.

We’re a chilled, friendly house consisting of two lads. I’m a professional dancer and the other house mate works in music.

The rent for the room be £475 per month then bills on top vary but as a rough estimate they are:

- council tax £60
- energy bills £50
- WiFi £9
- Water £30

So each month you’ll be paying roughly between £600 - £650 depending on how much energy we use in the house.

Rent is paid on the 12th of each month so ideally you’ll move in October 12th when that new period starts (but no stress if not this exact date)
