Room available in 2-bed Flat Salford

About the flat:

Bills average between £150-200 including council tax. Council Tax is Salford City Council Band C.
Flat has 900mbps ultra fast broadband.

Kitchen has all the usual amenties and more, including dishwasher, microwave, integrated Fridge/Freezer, espresso bean to cup coffee machine, airfryer, and plenty of space for storing food etc.

Living Room has main large 3-seater sofa and a 48" OLED TV and nice speakers. I have subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime at present as well as a home media server with a variety of content.

Bedroom is the smaller room in the video and video is from initial viewing of the flat, furniture differs abit , but there is a reasonable amount of space and a desk/chair, chest of drawers etc provided.

My room has ensuite so you have sole use of the main bathroom which includes shower/bath combo. (bathroom can also be seen in the video).

There is a Nisa right next to the apartments, open 24/7. Nearest supermarkets are Lidl and Sainsburys, both about 15 minutes walk. Town is about 15-20 minute walk.

I am awaiting a response from the letting agent regarding renewal of the lease, so please be aware the price may change.

About me:

I've lived in Manchester for over 12 years, my current flatmate has to move out at the end of tenancy unfortunately.

I enjoy cycling, watching movies/TV, hotpot nights, pub quizzes, travelling and I am open to trying out new things.

I currently work as a Duty Manager at Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station.
