We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely apartment near Salford Quays !!

About us:

We’re two friendly working professionals (22 & 24). Our schedules can vary, so we’re after someone who’s mindful if we have early starts. Outside of work we love going out for food, hitting the gym, getting creative with social media, exploring new spots, and also enjoying cosy nights in.

Location perks:

• Salford Quays (BBC, ITV & loads of restaurants)
• Tesco – 10 min walk
• Morrisons Daily – 5 min walk
• PureGym – 15 min walk
• Tram stops close by
• Regent Retail Park (Home Bargains, JD Gym, Boots & more) – 20 min walk
• Manchester City Centre – 20 min walk

The room & rent:
• Base rent: £415 pcm
• With bills & council tax: around £650 pcm (can vary depending on usage)
• Room also comes with a parking space

We’d prefer a female working professional (for referencing), but we’re open-minded!!
