I'm looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy and open to socialise here and there.

I've lived in the apartment for 2 years and my flatmate is moving out end of October. It's a great apartment with the perfect location.

Below is a breakdown of the space:

Modern, fully furnished apartment in the sought-after Downtown development. Located on the 8th floor, it features a spacious open-plan living area with contemporary kitchen & appliances, a large double bedroom, and a spacious en-suite.

🏋️ On-site perks: gym with thermal suite, entertainment suite, business centre (perfect if you work hybrid or remote) & rooftop terrace with stunning views.

🛋️ Furnished living room - Unfurnished bedroom.

There may be an option to buy my flatmates bedroom furniture if needed. This consists of double bed and mattress, T. V, IKEA draws, curtains and lampshade.

Rent £650pp per month. Rough estimation of bills/utilities: £165pp per month. Council tax band: B

Cleanliness: I’m clean and tidy. I like a clean sink before bed and I hate overflowing bins.

Hobbies: I'm into gigs, walks, trying new food spots and just generally living life.

Smoking: I vape. I'll have a cheeky 🍃 now and then but don’t worry, the flat’s not Amsterdam. Happy to respect my flatmates boundaries.

Relationship Status: Long term relationship.

Food: Please don't bring home the bacon. No pork/ham in the flat.

Vibes: Easy-going and always up for a laugh, but I respect personal space too.
