I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a beautiful apartment on the 10th floor of 12 Bankside Blvd. The move in can be asap as I’ve now moved out. The contract period runs up until 3rd July 2026.

Rent: £787.50 per month (excluding bills & council tax, to be arranged with your flatmate).

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easygoing flatmate and her cat who’s really affectionate and well behaved. It’s a warm and welcoming space, and the building itself is stunning.

You’ll have the main bathroom which is really big with a lot of storage and a bathtub! The apartment has a washing machine/dryer in the spare room. The kitchen has many storage units too.
