Room available - Salford Quays

Hey lovelies!

We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely apartment near Salford Quays.

Who you’ll be living with:

We’re two friendly working professionals (22 & 24). Our schedules can vary, so we’re after someone who’s mindful if we have early starts, we are both really chill people. Outside of work we love going out for food, hitting the gym, getting creative with social media, exploring new spots, and also enjoying cosy nights in.

Location perks:

• Salford Quays & Media City (BBC, ITV & loads of restaurants)
• Tesco – 10 min walk
• Morrisons Daily – 5 min walk
• PureGym – 15 min walk
• Tram stops - 12 minwalk
• Regent Retail Park (Home Bargains, JD Gym, Boots & more) – 18 min walk
• Manchester City Centre – 20 min walk

The room & rent:

• £440 pcm each without bills but about £650 each (bills included)
• Room comes with a parking space too + en-suite bathroom

We’d prefer a female working professional (for referencing), but we’re open-minded!
