Room Available - Close to Salford Uni/Manchester

Hello,

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3-bed, 1 bathroom house in Salford. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a big TV which has a firestick, and there is plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The bathroom has very recently been renovated too. The room available is spacious, with a double bed, and built in wardrobe and cupboard space.

The house is less than a 5-minute walk to a bus stop which has very regular buses which get you into Manchester city centre within 15 minutes. It is also a 10/15 minute walk to Salford University, convenient for students.

We're looking for someone friendly, easygoing, communicative, and clean.

Myself and Ryan, the other tenant, are best friends who work together. We work in the hospitality industry, and often work night shifts. While we are a very social household and spend lots of time together in the living room area, we are both clean & tidy, and respect the shared spaces.
