Hi girls! I'm Fiona and looking to move out of my flat to move closer to work and need someone to take my place.
The room you'll get is very large, furnished, and also comes with a huge wardrobe with mirrors and a great ensuite bathroom! The kitchen and living room is also very spacious, and there's great communal areas outside.
Rent: £700
Bills: £150-£200 (Council tax band is C)
Amendities include a gym, coffee machine, and monthly socials and treats such as breakfast bars, sip & paint, yoga, etc - all free!
The flat is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre, and less than 10 minutes from the Regent Retail park with Sainsburys, Home Bargains, JD gym, etc.
My flatmate is 28, really lovely, friendly and kind, and works in the NHS, so she is out most of the time during the week. Just to note - she does have a cat, so please only enquire if you are okay with this. The cat is super friendly and calm. though. 🐱
As I'll need to find somewhere to stay myself, I'll probably need at least a month's notice before someone moves in - but I'm flexible on this.
