My current flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for a new flatmate to sign a new tenancy agreement with me. The apartment is a modern 2-bedroom flat, and both bedrooms come with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Rent: £1,400 per month (split between us)
Deposit: Required
Checks: Must pass standard referencing and background checks

I am a student, so another student would be ideal (for council tax exemption). If you are working, please note that you will be responsible for paying council tax.
