Hello! My current roommate is moving down to London in December time so there is one double room available in my flat from early December.
I am looking for a female young professional or student. Ideally someone who is Christian and lives a relaxed lifestyle. I have long uni days and work part time so I am not around that much. However, I would also like to be friends with my roommate and get to know them.
The room is fully furnished with its own bathroom. The building is in a very central and safe area, and has a gym, coffee shop and communal areas. It's a quick walk to Sainsburys and Tesco, and a 5 minute walk into the city centre/exchange square.
Rent is £700 without bills. Bills are about £80 excluding council tax
