Single room (own bathroom) in Salford available!

Looking for a new flatmate for a single room in Salford, 20 minutes walk into town

Move in date would be around mid november-december but open to discuss

All furnished, smart TV is included in the apartment, I have all the bills and council tax under my name and I expect us to go 50/50 on all bills but I pay slightly more on rent for having the bigger room, any questions let me know!

Shared kitchen/living room (though I only come into the living room for making food, it will basically be your area to relax and use the TV)
Band B council tax £191 / 2 pcm
Bills £160 / 2 pcm

I work in the office 2 days a week and I'm mostly at home minding my own business, I'm pretty much a homebody but I am happy to be friends and go out for walks and food!

I'm quite an IT nerd, into videos games, anime, webtoons etc, love animals and watching TV shows happy to give you as much space as possible if you prefer your own space as I definitely prefer my own
