You’ll be sharing the flat with a friendly young female professional who works full-time and enjoys a relaxed, tidy home environment.
The room includes a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, side table, and desk. It also has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. It’s bright and comfortable, ideal for hybrid or work-from-home days.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and living area with a sofa, dining table, fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There’s also a balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening chill. Residents have free access to the communal gym and cinema room. The flat is sunny in the afternoons and has lovely open views.
The location is great – just 5 minutes’ walk to Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx, and local shops, and around 20 minutes to Deansgate. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and transport links nearby.
Council tax is £114 per person, and bills including WiFi are around £70 per person.
The flat is preferably for working professionals. The tenancy runs until May 2026 with the option to extend. Credit and reference checks will be carried out by the letting agency.
Move-in date is around 1 November.
