Currently £720.25 a month including bills and council tax. Popular apartment building, DOCK5, with gym, concierge. Close to supermarkets, food places etc. Walkable into town and can walk along canal (about 20+ mins for me).
Ideal for a similar aged working professional, who I can be mates with and has same shared basic values of quiet evenings and keeping kitchen tidy . I work 9-5 and 2 days from home. Love chilling and going out for drinks or food but I do need my downtime/alone time to recharge.
Rent comes out on the 12th of each month, so the move in date can be slightly earlier. I believe deposit is 5 weeks rent but would need to clarify with the agent/see if there’s any rent increase in 2026. Message for more info !!xx
