I’m looking for a tenancy take over as I’m moving back home 🏠

📍The apartment is called The Bridge, in a great location 2 doors down from the Lowry Hotel and very short walk to all the shops and amenities in the city centre.

🛌 You will have a double room and the main bathroom to yourself. The living space is very large and is accompanied by a lovely balcony.

You’ll be sharing with my friend Tye who is a full time PGCE student. He is looking for someone LGBT friendly 🏳️‍🌈 and ideally a professional or postgraduate student. He is English and Spanish speaking 🇪🇸. Tye is a great friend of mine and also a great flat mate who’s a pleasure to live with. (Pics attached of us)

The room is available as early as the 17th November and latest 25th November. Rent is £650 and roughly £750-800 inc bills depending on usage in winter and council tax deductions. Depost is £750. No pets sorry.

Tenancy is till February however will be on a month rolling contract thereafter and Tye is intending to stay.
