The flat is tidy, comfortable, and well looked after. We’ve got a few simple house rules to keep things harmonious and respectful – nothing strict, just based on good communication and consideration.
A bit about the setup:
🏠 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you’ll have your own bathroom)
💰 Rent: £675 pcm
⚡ Bills: around £190
🧾 You’ll need to pass an affordability check with the estate agent and provide references
Full transparency – cladding work has started on our side of the building. Builders are around Mon–Fri (8am–3pm) and some Saturdays. It’s expected to continue until August 2026 (though timelines may change). If you work from an office part of the week, or can access it all week, the noise won’t be as noticeable. I work from home full time.
About me: I train in the gym 3–4 mornings a week (early starts!), enjoy a balanced, calm lifestyle, and appreciate living with someone who’s friendly, very tidy, and considerate.
