I’m looking for a flatmate to rent this double room with an en-suite. The tenancy will be 1 December 2025 - 25 February 2026 with the possibility to extend for another year (to feb 2027). The flat has a shared living room/kitchen alongside a spacious utility room.

The bills are subject to change as my current roommate needs to consolidate what she owes.

About me:
You’d be living with me - a 25 year old trainee solicitor. I work in the office 9-5 Monday to Thursday then WFH on a Friday. Most nights I’m either out at the gym or running till 7pm. My boyfriend stays one night a week and most weekends but he’s very friendly and will happily stay out your way. I’m very clean/tidy and happy to share the load of cleaning etc. I go back to my home town usually once a month so you’d have the flat to yourself then. I’m not a partier or stay up late, so don’t worry about it being loud.
