Hi my name is Luisa, I am searching for someone to take over my current tenancy, due to an unexpected move abroad.
The room is available from beginning of January, and the current tenancy ends on June 15th, with a possibility to renew with a new flatmate if wanted.
The room is fully furnished, with an ensuite and views of the city center. We have a balcony and a big kitchen with lots of storage.
My room mate has a cat - his name is Loki - so the new tenant must be comfortable with him being around. He is a very sweet cat, that loves to stay close to people, but if it is also fine if he is not allowed in your room. The new tenant is preferably female and LGBTQ friendly.
We are a clean household, that respects each other's space, but are also keen for an evening catch-up. My current roommate, who you will be sharing with, works from home 3 days/week.
Monthly rent is 700 pounds, utilities are 130-150 per month and split equally (incl. Council Tax, which is Band D).
The development includes a newly refurbished gym, a concierge, a bike storage, garage and a garden, as well as cinema and coworking room.
As agreed with our lettings agent a lease takeover is possible, but will require approval from the landlord and references.
