I’m looking for a potential flatmate to take over my friend’s tenancy with me starting 4 December 2025.
🛏️ The flat:
• 2-bed apartment — you’ll have your own very spacious private bathroom with shower and bath
• Location: Salford, M5 (quiet and safe neighbourhood)
• Rent + bills + council tax: £700–£750 pcm (approx.)
• Free on-street parking available
• 10 min to city centre by tram, a few minutes’ walk to Morrisons, Tesco, Greggs, and 10 min walk to the gym
👤 About me:
I’m moving from London to Manchester for a new role as a Software Engineer. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and playing football, and I’m also keen to try out new sports and activities. I speak English, Italian, and Bengali, and I get along with all sorts of people. I’m a social guy but also value privacy and respecting others’ space.
I’m bit of a clean freak and always keep shared areas like the kitchen and living room clean and I’d just expect the same level of respect in return.
🤝 About you:
Ideally, a friendly, easy-going working professional who’s looking for a clean, comfortable home rather than just a place to crash. Someone I can get along with and maybe even become friends with.
I don’t drink alcohol or eat pork, so I’d prefer someone who’s happy to respect that at home.
