I recently bought a 2-bed apartment in Salford Quays and I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom. The flat is just a 1-min walk from Exchange Quays tram stop, with lots of food spots, gyms, and shops right on the doorstep.

I’m 25, working in the city centre 4 days a week & 1 day from home. Outgoing and social, but I also love a quiet night in. Ideally, I’d like a flatmate who is a professional around my age, and with similar interests – coffee trips, lunches, gym, shopping, or drinks.

I really value a clean, tidy and clutter-free space, so I’m looking for someone who’s equally respectful of the space.

The Room:
• Double room with storage bed (4 pull-out drawers), double wardrobe, and optional coat rail
• Private en suite bathroom

Rent & Bills:
• £825 per month (all bills included: council tax, water, electric, wifi, tv license)
• Subscriptions (disney+, paramount+, hayu, netflix) on the tv
• Car parking permit available to rent if needed
