I recently bought a 2-bed apartment in Salford Quays and I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom. The flat is just a 1-min walk from Exchange Quays tram stop, with lots of food spots, gyms, and shops right on the doorstep.

I’m 25, working in the city centre 5 days a week. Outgoing and social, but I also love a quiet night in. Ideally, I’d like a flatmate who is a professional around my age, and with similar interests – coffee trips, lunches, gym, shopping, or drinks.

As I own the property, I really value keeping it clean, tidy and clutter-free. I’m looking for someone who’s equally respectful of the space. This is strictly a non-smoking/vaping property.

The Room:
• Double room with storage bed (4 pull-out drawers), double wardrobe, and optional coat rail
• Private en suite bathroom
• Kitchen space: 2 drawers, 2 cupboards, 2 fridge shelves & 2 freezer shelves


Rent & Bills:
• £850/month (all bills included: council tax, water, electric, WiFi, tv license)
• Subscriptions (Disney+, Paramount+, Hayu, Netflix) on the tv
• Car parking permit available for an extra £100 p/m
