Room available in Salford/Manchester City Centre

Room available in 4 bed house in Salford/Manchester City Centre.
Address is technically Salford but only 5 mins from Victoria Station.

The room is large, on the ground floor with personal access to the garden/patio. The house has a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room on the top floor which is so bright and sunny.

The room shares a large bathroom with one other person (both other rooms have en suites).

Current housemates are 1 male (28), 2 females (25 and 27). No preference on gender as there is already a mix.

The house is a mix of young professionals and masters students. All super fun and friendly. Looking for a friendly, preferably a professional who likes to hang out with the other housemates and go for drinks etc. I love the place but sadly moving home.

Open to students but you must be able to prove savings/income and have a guarantor. For professionals, you need to prove your income for the letting agents- must go onto the contract which is until November 2026.

All bills come to around £130/135 per person per month on top of rent.

Move in date is preferably 1st December as rent comes out that day but can be flexible with this.
