2 Rooms available in 4 bed house in Salford/Manchester City Centre.
Address is technically Salford but only 5 mins from Victoria Station.

Room 1 is large, on the ground floor with personal access to the garden/patio.

Room 2 is also on the ground floor. Slightly smaller than Room 1.

The rooms share a large bathroom on the ground floor.

The house has a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room on the top floor which is so bright and sunny.

Current housemates are 1 male (28), 1 female (25). No preference on gender as there is already a mix. Great for 2 friends but we will also consider 2 individuals.

The house is a mix of young professionals and masters students. All super fun and friendly. Looking for a friendly, preferably a professional who likes to hang out with the other housemates and go for drinks etc. I love the place but sadly moving home.

Open to students but you must be able to prove savings/income and have a guarantor. For professionals, you need to prove your income for the letting agents- you must go onto the contract which is until November 2026.

All bills come to around £130/135 per person per month on top of rent.

Move in date is preferably 1st December as rent comes out that day but can be flexible with this - can be later for the right people.
