Short stay - Modern & spacious king-size en-suite

I’m travelling for the holidays, so my room will be available for a short stay. It’s a bright, spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own en-suite bathroom, on the 5th floor with lovely river views. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Cornbrook Metrolink, so getting into the city centre is super easy.

The flat is a 2bed shared with one working professional (my flatmate), who’s usually in the office during of the week, so it’s quiet most of the time.

The building has great amenities - a gym, yoga studio, sauna, entertainment suite, business suite and 24/7 reception. Shops and a retail park are just a short walk away.

Since I’ll be away, I won’t be moving my belongings. You’ll have one drawer in the room for your use and a bit of space in the kitchen for your essentials which should be perfect if you’re travelling light. The apartment is fully fitted so you should have no issues, washing machine and dryer are also included.

Rent is £660 for the 6-week stay (Council Tax and Wi-Fi included). You’ll just cover your share of electricity & water, which usually comes to about £100 for the whole period.
