Looking for another couple or individual to rent with my partner and I!
We have found a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment we would like to lease for 12 months.
The apartment is in Salford Manchester and we hope to move by in January
Rent is about £938pcm. Bills are about £200pcm and I think we’re council tax band D.

The apartment in on the 9th level and gets lots of morning sunlight and has a balcony and plenty of kitchen space!
The apartment block is lovely, fitted with work from home spaces in the main lobby as well a concierge and gym!
It’s about a 10 min walk to Arndale shopping center and 10 minutes to Manchester Victoria station as well!

A bit about us, we’re both from Sydney Australia, I’m 24 and I work as a nurse but am currently doing bar work while studying to get my UK nursing license. My partner Lachlan is 27 and has just finished a uni degree and works in healthcare too and plans to work in hospitality as well.
We love to keep a neat and organised home and are respectful of space! We both love health and fitness, cooking, going to the gym as well as a fun night in with some wine and chatting. We are also super social and love to go out especially if there’s a music event or a festival on but we do love to explore new restaurants, bars etc and plan to do as much travel as possible over the next year.
We hope to find people looking for a home away from home/family type vibe and hope to be friends not just roommates!
