Double en suite bedroom in an upside down house

I’m a landlord who’s looking to rent one of the rooms in my upside down house, starting from Jan (date negotiable)

I’m very proud of my home and would only accept someone who respects their space as much as I do.

I have no expectation to spend time together, although getting to know each other closer given we would be sharing a space would be great.

About me: I’m a finance manager working three days in the office. I love going to girly events, brunches with friends, gym, reading. I’m not a party person, I love having a casual cocktail tho in a nice restaurant.

The room being rented is the one with a sofa bed in there. But I will put a double bed in there and also a desk (if you need it). It is an ensuite room, and you will have a wardrobe, which is located outside of the room. If you need more pics , I’m more than happy to provide.
