The Flat is situated in Alto residences. There are elevators in the buildings. The double room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room comes unfurnished but my current flatmate is looking to sell her furniture that she has (bed, mattress, clothing rack, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror, side table) at a discounted price.
The living room and kitchen are shared. There is plenty of storage in the flat. We have dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave. The building also has rlly good concierge so all parcels are collected and stored. The appliances and dining table are shared but everything else in the flat i have bought myself but more than happy to share!
Preferably looking for working professionals please (due to council tax reasons)
Rent is £600 (was £588 but will increase to 600 from December) and bills come up to around £200 per month .
There is a one time £50 admin charge for referencing
The current tenancy ends on 7th December, so looking for someone to renew the lease/tenancy pretty soon ! . 💖
