Double bed, kitchen area separated by a mini hallway so you have that nice feeling of a 1 bedroom apartment. Bathroom is a great size. Lots of hidden space throughout for storage or storing items you don’t need everyday! Retains heat really well for a corner apartment, quiet too!
The building itself has an onsite laundry room for washing and drying clothes. Also a decent sized gym with treadmills, bikes, free weights, benches, assisted machines. Parcel room for all the Amazon deliveries and 24/7 security. There is also a large communal space, people WFH or studying frequently use this space to work, socialise, host events.
The building is just up the road from Salford Uni campus (less than 5 minute walk away). Salford Crescent train station is a 10 minute walk away and has trains every 30 minutes that can get you to Oxford Road Station for MMU or UoM campus’. Train takes 8 minutes max!
There are also trains that go to Piccadilly or Victoria that run on a similar schedule for those working in the city centre!
Corner shop just outside for the quick essentials others Salford Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away which includes everything you might find at the Arndale or Lowry and also has a big Tesco and an Aldi for the big food shops!
Overall it’s a great studio in a fantastic location with easy commutes for both students and professionals. Has everything you need.
It’s cheap and with bills included, if you pay council tax it’s £115 a month for a single person. So you’d be looking at £1015 in that case for everything which is great value for money in this area!
