Double room in Salford/Castlefield apartment

Looking for a replacement flatmate in mid February to renew my tenancy as my current flatmate is going to be moving out.

The flat is in the One Regent building on Regent Road. The location is pretty ideal as It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to Spinngfields/Deansgate and 20/25 minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens/Arndale area, with both Cornbrook and Deansgate tram stops less than a 15 minute walk away. The Regent Retail Park is right across the road so it’s handy for shopping.

The flat has two bathrooms so you would get your own bathroom. You will have the smaller room however the bathroom is bigger and you are welcome to use the kitchen if you work from home. There’s also a balcony with overlooks the River Irwell (view included in the pictures) which is immaculate vibes in the summer. The flat also has a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The apartment building also has a concierge who collects all parcel deliveries so it is very safe.

I will probably be looking to renew the tenancy for 12 months so it would be ideal if you were also happy with this. Rent is currently £660 each and bills are approximately £170 per month.

A bit about me - I moved to Manchester in February this year and currently work as an accountant, working from home about 2-3 days a week. I’m fairly quiet and clean and looking for someone who has a similar vibe. I can also be quite outgoing so would be happy to socialise and have a yap if you wanted.

My hobbies include CrossFit and bouldering (always looking for buddies to come bouldering with me), as well as travelling, watching shit TV and exploring new food places in Manchester.
