I’m moving out of the two-bed flat in the Middlewood Locks complex (the railings), right in the centre of Manchester, and looking for someone to take my room.

You’ll be living with my current flatmate - he’s chilled, friendly, into football, gaming, indie music, and beers. Very easy-going and sociable.

About the room & flat:
• Spacious double room with ensuite
• New-build, great energy efficiency (bills are cheap)
• Large open-plan living room – perfect for watching football, hanging out, or setting up a desk if you WFH
• Secure parking included (no extra)
• Close to everything: city centre, transport, shops, bars

Happy to move out anytime (including before Christmas) - tenancy officially ends in March but will be renewed by my housemate
