I’m moving out of the two-bed flat in the Middlewood Locks complex (the railings), right in the centre of Manchester, and looking for someone to take my room. Also comes with secure underground parking spot and housemate Nat (26).
You’ll be living with my current flatmate Nat - he’s chilled, friendly, into football (United season ticket holder) , gaming, indie music, and beers in town. Very easy-going and sociable.
About the room & flat:
• Spacious double room with ensuite with shower and bath.
• New-build, great energy efficiency (bills are cheap)
• Large open-plan living room – perfect for watching football, hanging out, or setting up a desk if you WFH as I have done
• Secure parking included (no extra cost)
• Close to everything: city centre, transport, shops, bars
Happy to move out before January (preferably)
Tenancy will cost £50 to vary (happy to split £25 each)
