I’m moving out of my lovely 3 bedroom apartment. There’s a great shared kitchen and living space! Lovely double bedroom which has wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a double bed. You’ll share the main bathroom which comes with a bath.

You’ll be sharing with my flatmate Juliette who’a keen to meet new flat mates to ensure it’s a good fit. There is a second room going in the apartment so if 2 friends are interested please let me know.

Rent is £665, council tax is band C £68 and other bills approx £90. Please note this is a tenancy take over to end of June :) with option to renew tenancy at the end of June.
Move in date 4th January 2026

There is car parking which is £130 a month and currently a 1-2 month wait
Amenities include a gym, co working space and a lovely roof terrace that catches the sun. It’s also got a locked bike store. There is also a payable car park space.
