I have one lovely double rooms available to rent in this flat, in the Filaments, from the 2nd January. The flat has 3 bedrooms in total. One of my other flatmates is also moving out in January so a second room is available as well. You’ll be taking over a tenancy that will end on 1st July 2026 .

The flat is in a great location with lots of transport links. The Town Centre is a 15 minute walk away with lots of local amenities available (Sainsbury’s and Tesco are less than 4 minute walk away). The Filaments has a gym, a terrace space, and a workspace available to use any time which can also be reserved for free. Concierge are around 24/7 to be there for anything you need.

Rent is £665 for the double room where you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate. Council tax split between three is £68 per month and other bills come to around £75 a month. The deposit is £585.
